Lemon Tree Passage is a suburb of the Port Stephens local government area in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia, located at the end of the Tilligerry Peninsula and surrounded by the waters of Port Stephens.
Lyngray Oysters harvests over approximately 25 acres of prime oyster leases with export quality. Our oysters are sold directly to major retailers and processors throughout Australia.
We supply direct to the public from our farm. Oysters from the shed are only sold as live, unopened. For direct to public sales, please contact/call to preorder. This will allow us to secure availability of the freshest produce available. Oysters are sold per dozen and are available all year long.
